Frequently asked questions.
- How long does a Summertime pool take?
- Twelve weeks or less from contract to first swim. Because we design, manufacture, deliver and install in-house, there is no dealer network to wait on.
- Is the price really fixed?
- Yes. Our contracts use fixed prices rather than provisional sums, so the number you sign is the number you pay.
- Do you install outside Melbourne?
- We install across Victoria and beyond, with showrooms in Dandenong South, Geelong, Mornington, Echuca and Bendigo.
- What is ChlorShield™ gelcoat?
- It is the fade-resistant surface finish we use on every shell — no fillers, no chalking, and colour that lasts the life of the pool.
- Can I get a pool into a tight block?
- Often, yes. Our slim designs and plunge shells are made for narrow access, and we crane over houses regularly.
